单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸临床应用研究 　　【摘要】目的分析临床电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗自发性气胸(SP)的应用情况, 探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术的临床应用, 为胸腔镜技术的开展提供更大的方向。方法回顾性分析60例自发性气胸手术治疗患者的临床资料, 其中单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术30例(A组), 传统电视胸腔镜手术(两个或两个以上操作孔)组30例(B组), 对两组患者的临床指标进行比较。主要是手术时间、术中出血量、胸导管留置时间、术后住院时间以及患者的满意度调查。结果两组患者手术均成功, 手术时间上没有明显差别, 术中出血量、胸导管留置时间、术后住院时间及患者的满意度有着明显的差别。结论单孔胸腔镜手术, 比常规胸腔镜少一个切口, 创伤将更小, 是未来微创外科的一个发展方向。 　　【关键词】电视胸腔镜；自发性气胸；临床应用 　　 　　Research on clinical application of single hole video-assisted thoracoscope surgery in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax ZHANG You-min. Methods#8195;Retrospective analyzing clinical data of 60 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax surgery, including single hole video-assisted thoracoscope surgery operation 30 cases (group A), the traditional video-assisted thoracoscope surgery (two holes) group of 30 cases (group B), the clinical indexes of two groups of patients were compared. Mainly operating time, intraoperative blood loss, chest catheter indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay, and the patients satisfaction survey. Results#8195;The patients of two groups were performed successfully, there was no significant difference on the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, chest catheter indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay and patients’ satisfaction has obvious difference.
