护理干预在颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者中应用的临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察护理干预在颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者中应用的临床效果，探讨提高颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者护理水平的措施。方法：选取颅脑损伤所致精神障碍的患者64例，按随机数字表法均分为传统组（n=32例）和干预组（n=32例），传统组采取传统的护理措施，干预组在传统护理措施基础上给予护理干预措施，比较两组患者治疗后NOSIE-30评分、MMSE量表评分和MoCA量表评分。结果：治疗4周后，干预组的NOSIE-30评分优于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗第2、4周，干预组的MoCA评分和MMSE评分均优于传统组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者临床护理过程中应积极加行护理干预措施，可促进患者临床症状的改善，有利于患者早日康复。 　　【关键词】 护理干预； 颅脑损伤； 精神障碍； 临床效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the patients with mental disorders caused by severe traumatic brain injury and research the measures to improve the nursing levels.Method： 64 patients with mental disorders caused by severe traumatic brain injury were collected， they were divided into the traditional group（n=32） and the intervention group（n=32）， the traditional group adopt traditional nursing measures， the intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing measures was given nursing intervention measures.The NOSIE-30 score， MMSE score and MoCA score of the two groups were compared.Result：After four weeks’ treatment， the NOSIE-30 score in the intervention group was better than the traditional group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； after two weeks’ and four weeks’ treatment， the MMSE score and MoCA score in the intervention group were better than the traditional group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：During nursing the patients with mental disorders caused by severe traumatic brain injury， we should add the nursing intervention， it can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and be conducive to patients’ recovery. 　　【Key words】 Nursing interventions； Traumatic brain injury； Mental disorders； Clinical effect 　　颅脑损伤所致精神障碍是指患者在头颅遭受直接或间接的各种外伤后，因外伤所致的在脑组织损伤基础上产生的精神异常，临床表现为患者在病程中出现记忆力下降、认知功能降低、情感障碍、人格改变等不良表现，直接影响了患者的生活质量，给患者的身心健康、家庭和睦以及日常工作、社会秩序等带来负面影响[1]。临床相关统计显示，颅脑损伤后所致的各种类型不同程度的精神障碍约占存活者总数的45%，是颅脑损伤后最常见的一种后遗症[2]。近年来，随着交通事故、意外伤害逐年增加，颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者也呈逐年上升的趋势。在对颅脑
