时间位点管理在门诊护理管理中的应用价值分析 　　摘要:目的:探讨时间位点管理在门诊护理管理中的应用价值，为今后门诊护理管理工作提供参考和借鉴。方法:本研究将时间位点管理应用于2012年我院门诊护理管理中，工作重点主要包括了开诊时间，就诊高峰时间，突发公共卫生事件应急管理时间，发生纠纷投诉时间，危重患者抢救时间等，并与2011年未应用时间位点管理的门诊护理管理工作质量对比。结果:应用时间位点管理后的门诊病人护理满意度为99%明显优于应用前的85%（χ2=13.3158，P=0.0003）；应用时间位点管理后的门诊病人投诉事件为3件明显少于应用前的18件（χ2=20.1814，P=0.0000），差异均有统计学意义。结论:在门诊护理管理中应用时间位点管理能有效地节约患者的就诊时间，减少就诊纠纷投诉事件，提高满意度，并能提高医院的经济效益，实现真正双赢，值得在工作实践中广泛的应用和推广。 　　关键词:时间位点管理；门诊护理管理；应用价值 　　Abstract : objective to investigate the time value of site management in the application of outpatient nursing management, provide a reference for future outpatient nursing management and using for reference. Methods this study time site management was applied to 2012 in our hospital outpatient nursing management, focus on time, mainly including the begin clinic rush hours, public health emergencies emergency management of time, a dispute complaint time, critically ill patients rescue time and so on, and no time with 2011 site management of outpatient nursing management quality. Results after application time site management of outpatient nursing satisfaction before the application is obviously better than the 99% 85% (chi-square = 13.3158, P = 13.3158). Application time after the site management of outpatient complaints for three pieces of significantly less than the application before 18 (chi-square = 20.1814, P = 20.1814), the differences were statistically significant.
