摘 要 畜牧业的发展水平反映了一个国家的经济发展水平和技术的进步程度，在一些畜牧业发达国家，畜牧业产值在农业总产值中占有很高的比例，在畜牧业产值中，60%以上是由牧草转化来的，所以牧草生产是畜牧业中最基础的产业，还是一个经济效益很高的产业。但是，我国牧草收获机械化水平低，设备陈旧不能满足收获需求，有时还需要人工收割，使牧草产量和品质下降，缺乏牧草收获机械，以阻碍了草产业的发展。 本课题的确定是在收集、、、 本文主要是应用机械设计方法和机械原理对割草压扁机的全部零件进行尺寸研究设计，对主要的传动零部件进行受力分析和强度校核计算，用CAXA电子图板及CAXA实体设计软件进行设计和绘图，初步完成了整机的设计并整理出图纸。 关键词：苜蓿；割草压扁机；往复式切割器；偏心拨禾轮 Abstract The development level of animal husbandry, reflect a nation’s economic development level and technical progress, in some animal husbandry development countries, proportion of output value animal husbandry is high in the total agricultural output rates, in the animal husbandry production value, so in animal husbandry forage production is the foundation industry. Developed a kind of can once completed cutting, were rounded up shop three assignment of article process cutting flattening machine, its characteristic is that the eccentric reel stir the clover to the stand and push to the compression roller in time; using a pair of symmetrical cam wide rubber reverse spiral crushed roller and steel crushed roller, and the longitudinal have certain installation angle which can raise the compression result. The paper fully applied method of machine design and machine principles to design individual parts on the front-mounted haybine, and perform load analyzing and strength evaluation on the mainly shafts and the wheel gears.
