前列腺液pH值和枸橼酸含量在Ⅲ型前列腺炎诊断中的意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨前列腺液pH值和枸橼酸含量在Ⅲ型前列腺炎中的诊断价值。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年10月本院收治的100例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者作为研究对象，其中ⅢA型40例，ⅢB型60例。选取同期在本院进行健康体检的100例健康男性体检者作为对照组。比较三组前列腺液中的白细胞计数、枸橼酸含量、pH值。 结果 ⅢA型组的白细胞计数和pH值显著高于对照组，枸橼酸含量显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。ⅢB型组的枸橼酸含量显著低于对照组，pH值显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。ⅢA型组的枸橼酸含量显著低于ⅢB型组，pH值显著高于ⅢB型组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 前列腺液pH值与枸橼酸含量检测能够准确诊Ⅲ型前列腺炎，同时还能有效鉴别Ⅲ型前列腺炎的类型。 　　[关键词] Ⅲ型前列腺炎；前列腺液；pH值；枸橼酸；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R697+.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（a）-0026-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value of pH value and citrate content of prostate fluid in type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods 100 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis from January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research group，including 40 patients with type ⅢA，60 patients with typeⅢB.100 cases of healthy physical examination of healthy male in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The white blood cell count，the citrate content and the pH value of prostate fluid among three groups was compared. Results The white blood cell count and the pH value in the type ⅢA group was higher than that in the control group，the citrate content in the type ⅢA group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The citrate content in the type ⅢB group was lower than that in the control group，the pH value in the type ⅢB group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The citrate content in the type ⅢA group was lower than that in the type ⅢB group，the pH value in the type ⅢA group was higher than that in the type ⅢB group，with significant difference （P0.05）.
