新生儿脐部不干预护理与传统护理的效果比较 　　【摘要】 目的：观察比较新生儿脐部不干预护理及传统护理的应用效果。方法：将本院产科足月分娩的新生儿815例采用随机数字表法分为观察组400例与对照组415例，新生儿出生后，对照组实施传统护理方法，观察组采用不干预护理方法。观察比较两组脐带残端脱落时间及不良反应（出血和感染）的发生情况。结果：产后3～6 d，观察组脐带残端脱落的新生儿比例明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=11.28，P0.005）。产后7～14 d，观察组脐带残端脱落的新生儿比例明显低于对照组（P0.05）。观察组新生儿脐部出血和脐炎发生率均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：新生儿脐部不干预护理的应用效果明显优于传统护理，且不良反应更少，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 新生儿； 脐部； 不干预； 护理 　　The Effect Comparison of Traditional Nursing with No Intervention Nursing in Neonatal Umbilical Region/HU Gui-zhen，HU Xian-yu，LI Yan-hui.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（20）：104-106 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of the traditional nursing with no intervention nursing in neonatal umbilical region.Method：815 newborns of full-term birth in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（400 cases） and the control group（415 cases）.After birth，the control group was given traditional nursing，while the observation group was given no intervention nursing.The shedding time of umbilical cord stump and the occurrence of adverse reactions（bleeding and infection） were compared between the two groups.Result：3 to 6 days after birth，the proportion of newborns with umbilical cord stump off of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （ 字2=11.28，P0.005）.7 to 14 days after birth，the proportion of newborns with umbilical cord stump off of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）.The rates of bleeding and infection in neonatal umbilical region of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of no intervention nursing in neonatal umbilical region is superior to the traditional nursing care.No intervention nursing has less adverse reactions and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Newborn； Belly button； No intervention； Nursing 　　First-author’s a
