精细护理在干部科植入式中心静脉输液港中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究并探讨精细护理在干部科植入式中心静脉输液港中的应用效果。方法 于2012年1月―2015年12月，在该院干部科方便选取60例采用植入式中心静脉输液港的患者作为此次研究的对象，采取随机分组法将患者分为对照组、观察组，每组30例。对照组给予患者常规护理，观察组给予患者精细护理。对比两组患者的输液不良事件发生率、护理满意度、VAS疼痛评分以及SAS焦虑评分。 结果 观察组的输液不良事件发生率为10%，明显低于对照组的33.33%（P0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%（P0.05）。观察组的VAS疼痛评分、SAS焦虑评分分别为（2.85±1.19）分、（42.65±3.06）分，明显低于对照组的（4.69±1.25）分、（47.18±3.27）分（P0.05）。结论在干部科患者的植入式中心静脉输液港护理中实施精细护理，可有效减少输液不良事件的发生，减轻患者的疼痛，缓解患者的焦虑情绪，有效提高护理满意度，促进护患关系的和谐发展。 　　[关键词] 干部科；植入式中心静脉输液港；精细护理 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（a）-0157-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and discuss the effect of fine nursing in the application of the implantable central venous transfusion in the cadre ward.Methods Convenient selection in January 2012 to December 2015， 60 cases of patients with implantable central venous port in the cadre department of our hospital were selected as the research object， the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomizing， each group had 30 cases.The control group patients were given routine nursing care， the observation group patients were given meticulous care. The transfusion adverse event rates， nursing satisfaction， VAS pain score and SAS score of anxiety were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of transfusion adverse events in the observation group was 10%， was significantly lower than the control group which was 33.33% （P0.05）.The disposable puncture success rate in the observation group was 96.67%， was significantly higher than the control group which was 80% （P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%， was significantly higher than the control group which was 73.33% （P0.05）.The VAS pain score， SAS anxiety score in observation group were（2.85 ±1.19） points， （42.65 ± 3.06） points， were significantly lower than the control group which were （4.69±1.25） points， （47.18 ± 3.27） points （P0.05）.Conclusion The implementing meticulous care in cadre of pat
