针药结合治疗2型糖尿病患者末梢神经病变的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的实用性。方法 2014年3月―2015年3月期间，来该院治疗的2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的患者有86例，将其划分为实验组和对照组，各43例，对照组患者采用常规控血糖治疗，实验组患者在常规控血糖治疗的基础上结合中药益活通络汤与针灸治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组；实验组在治疗肢端麻醉、肢端疼痛等临床症状的治疗有效率明显高于对照组；实验组肌电图疗效明显优于对照组。结论 中药针灸结合治疗协同增效，实现优势互补，实现补益肝肾、活血化瘀，治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 益活通络汤；针刺注射治疗；糖尿病末梢神经病变 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）06（b）-0128-02 　　Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine on Peripheral Neuropathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 　　LIANG Xing 　　Department of rehabilitation medicine， Zhengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Zhengzhou， Henan Province，450007 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Practical analysis combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral nerve lesions.
