预见性护理干预在高龄人工全髋关节置换手术配合中应用的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高龄人工全髋关节置换手术护理配合实施预见性护理干预的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2013年4月～2015年3月高龄人工全髋关节置换术的患者112例，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各56例，对照组实施常规手术配合，观察组在常规手术配合基础上实施预见性护理干预，对两组平均手术时间、并发症发生率及护理工作满意度进行比较。 结果 观察组护理工作满意度为100.0%（56/56），显著高于对照组的83.9%（47/56），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组平均手术时间（2.2±0.4）h，短于对照组的（3.0±0.7）h，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为0（0/56），明显低于对照组的5.4%（3/56），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 人工全髋关节置换术配合预见性护理干预，可有效保障术中安全，减少手术和护理并发症的发生，缩短手术时间，提高护理工作满意度。 　　[关键词] 预见性护理；高龄；全髋关节置换术；手术配合；效果 　　[中图分类号] R687.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（a）-0185-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of predictive nursing intervention for elderly total hip replacement operative cooperation. Methods Clinical data of 112 patients in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2015，they treated with hip replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care，while the observation group was given the predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Compare two groups on the average operational time，the complication rate and satisfaction of nursing. Results The satisfaction of nursing of the observation group [100.0%（56/56）] was significantly higher than that of control group [89.3%（47/56）]，the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）；The operational time of the observation group[（2.2±0.4）h] was shorter than that of control group[（3.0±0.7）h]，the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）；The complication rate of the observation group 0（0/56）was significantly lower than that of control group 0.54%（3/56），the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The patients take positive and affective predictive nursing care after hip replacement can ensure security during the surgery，reduce the complication rate during the operation and nursing，shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of nursing. 　　[Key words] Predictive Nursing；Elderly；T
