浙江预防医学2004年第 l6卷第2期 Zhejiang Prey Med．February 2004，Vol 16，No 2 · 论著· 浙江省中小学生家长伤害认知情况研究 钟节呜 俞敏 丛黎明 徐来荣 韩成星 汪立源 姜二晨 朱匡纪 【摘要】目的 了解浙江省中小学生家长对意外伤害及相关知识的了解程度，为伤害干预提供依据。方 法 选择浙江省4个县区．采用分层整群随机抽样方法，问卷凋查41284位家长。结果 90％以上的家长听 说过意外伤害，父母伤害知晓率明显高于爷爷奶奶外公外婆。93．34％的家长认为伤害对孩子的影响很大， 97 28％的家长认为有必要对孩子进行各种安全教育，96．54％的家长认为学校应该开设预防意外伤害的教育。 38 89％家长经常担心孩子发生意外伤害．75．18％的家长认为有必要进行意外伤害保险。家长们认为最容易 发生伤害的前三位是跌伤、车祸和溺水。结论 在制定中小学生意外伤害的预防干预措施时．应充分发挥家 长的作用。 【关键词】家长；伤害；认知 中图分类号：C913．9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1007．0931(2004)02．0001—03 An Investigation on the Parents’Knowledge about Injury of Primary School and High School in Zhejiang Province ZHONG Jie—ming，YU Min，CONG Li—ruing，et a1 (The Centerfor Disease Prevention and Control ofZhejiong Province． Hangzhou，Zheylacg。310009，China) 【Abstract】Objective To understand the parents’related knowledge about injury of middle and high schools in Zh~iang province．and to provide impersonal evidence for injury intervention．Methods The sample including 41284 parents was obtained from 4 counties or districts by stratified cluster sampling method。and an anonymous questionnaire investigation had been carried out．Results 9O％parenls had heard of injury．and the rate of injury an areness in parents was significantly higher than that in grandparents．The percentage of who considered the impact of injury importam and tie education about security knowledge in student necessary were 93．34％ and 97．28％ respeeti；ely．96．54％ of parents thought the course about security should been carried out in schoo1．The percentage of parents who were always worried about accidental injury on their children and who considered injury insurance necessary were 38．89％and 75．1 8％respectively．The falling．traffic accident and drowning were the first three causes of accidental injuries．Conclusions Parents can play an important role in making measure for preventin
