 建筑结构加固技术研究新进展 摘要：随着我国经济的发展，在大规模的城市建设的同时，旧城改造项目也在不断的增加，既有建筑的改造加固被提升到了我国城市建设的显著位置，为了满足新的使用功能要求部分老建筑在改造过程中需要采取必要的加固措施。其次，有一部分已建建筑及新建工程由于设计施工过程中种种原因导致工程质量存在着一定缺，需要进行结构加固改造后才能使结构能够在使用过程中做到安全、可靠。加强前期设计工作，科学的评估建筑结构损伤程度和规律，修复结构功能，确保建筑结构不断处于安全的状态中. 文章重点介绍了混凝土结构建筑的加固原理和混凝土结构的加固技术和方法，并对不同加固方法的适用环境和优缺点进行了比较与分析，最后对建筑的加固的设计和施工做简要介绍。 关键词：建筑结构；加固方法；新技术;设计施工 Abstract： With the development of Chinas economy, while large-scale urban construction, urban renewal projects are also constantly increased, Rehabilitation and Strengthening of existing buildings to be elevated to a prominent position in the urban construction in China, in order to meet new requirements sectionthe old buildings need to take the necessary measures for the reinforcement in the transformation process. Second, Part buildings and new construction due to lead to the quality of the project design and construction process for various reasons there is a certain lack of need for structural reinforcement and reconstruction after enable the structure to be able to do in the process of using the safe, reliable. Strengthen the pre-design work, and the extent and regularity of the scientific assessment of building structural damage, repair the structure and function to ensure that the building structure is in a safe state.
