Job Analysis Human resource management CASE: What kind of employees does a company wish to hire? Company S is a leading manufacturer in China IT industry. In order to enlarge its business, the company planed to recruit 10 more maintenance engineers in 2003. HR Manager draw up a WANTED AD which detailed the qualifications such as having BA degree with three years of experience and passing 4 Band English Test. After the AD had been posted in a local newspaper and a pool of candidates’ resumes were received, but no one was hired at last.
