2003年 第 6期 No．6，November 2003 外 国 语 Journal ofForeign Languages 总第 148期 General Serial No．1 48 文章编号：1004—5139(2003)06—0070—07 中图分类号：H059 文献标识码：A 包通法 (江南大学 外语系，江苏 无锡 214036) 摘 要：跨文化文学翻译的美学因子主观性认知和重创性的哲学命题特点决定了译者在翻译活动中既有 能动的活动空间，又有必要的限度。故译者必须将那些截然不同的语符、语序、思维模式以及由此产生 出的审美取向置于不同社会形态的大背景下仔细考察，才能正确解读出它们在原语中的意义和韵味，以 及可能衍生出来的附加含意。故译者在这种能动的思维活动中应是原作的能动的忠实代言人，他在美学 转换中应是一个哲学之维上的有度的主观，能动的动态模仿者和美学心理重构和展现的再创者。当然， 这种能动的自由空间是介于 “形而上”的文化性的还原原作和张扬个性的允可张力内游移，是有度的， 而并非是无度和随意的。 关键词：哲学思辨；文化；重创性：允可张力 Some Philosophical Reflections on Literature Translation BAO Tong-fa (Department of Foreign Language，Southern Yangtze University，Wuxi，Jiangsu 21 4036，China) Abstract：The philosophical characteristics of culture and re—creation in intercultural literature translation decide that a translator has not only an active space that is alowed to move about，but also the necessary restriction that is observed．So it’S necessary for him to place the diferent linguistic semantics，sentence order and patern， thinking mode and their aesthetic criterion into the background of diferent social ideologies to examine，then in order to decode the original and the possible meaning between lines correctly in intercultural communication． Therefore，the translator should be a faithful an d active mimic of the original；mean while，he should be a re— creator of the aesthetic reconstruction and representation to some extent in a philosophical perspective．Certainly this kind of active space is established on the basis of super—conceptional cultural“faith”，and on the permissible stretch between mimicrying the original and displaying the individuality，which has a limited but not random extent． Key words：philosophical thinking；culture；recreation；pe rmissible stretch 在跨文化的文学翻译中，译者只有认清 文学翻译的固有特点和 自己在文学翻译中扮 演的角色本色和地位，才能能动地发挥 ·个 译者应发挥的作用和可以利用的思维重构活 动空间。众所皆知，翻译活动中的译者一一 即译事活动的主体在翻译活动中所承担的作 70 用或所司之职中，自古以来均作为译事活动 的忠实代 言人角色加以讨论。然而，译者作 为译文中的主体身份和译者 自身的本色一一 即译者在译事巾作为 “自我的存在”的哲学 思考和其存在的额度尚有待于进一步认知。 海德格尔 (Martin Heidegge
