中国软科学 2014 年第 8 期 中国金融资源配置与区域经济增长差异 一一基于东、中、西部空间溢出效应的实证研究 唐松 (广东金融学院 区域金融政策重点研究基地，广东 广州 510521) 摘 要:本文基于 2∞1 - 2012 年中国 31 个省份的数据，采用空间计量模型对东、中、西部地区金融资源配置与 区域经济增长差异之间的关系分别进行了实证分析，结果表明，中国金融资源配置与区域经济增长差异之间存 在不同程度的空间溢出效应，本地金融资源对本地经济增长的促进作用在中西部地区逐渐增大，而在东部地区 逐渐下降;外地金融资源对本地经济增长的负面影响在中部和东部地区大幅度增加，而在西部地区逐渐减小。 因此，为了实现金融资源配置与区域经济增长的协调发展，我国应实施差别化金融政策、加强利率市场化和金融 机构改革、推动金融资源配置与区域产业政策相结合以及制定合理的金融资源转移政策。 关键词:金融资源;空间溢出效应;经济增长 中固分类号:F830 文献标i只码 :A 文章编号: 1∞2 -9753(2014)08 -01∞ -11 Financial Resources Allocation and Disparity in Regional Economic Growth : An Empirical Analysis of Spatial Spillover EfTect in East , Middle and West China TANG Song ( GuangDong University 01 Finance , Guangzlwu 510521 ,China) Abstract: ?ased on the data of 31 provinces during the periods of 2∞1 - 2012 , this paper makes empirical analyses on the relationship between financial resources allocation and regional economic growth disparity in eastem , middle and westem China by using spatial econometric model. The results show that there exists difTerent levels of spatial spillover efTects between financial resources allocation and regional economic growth disparity. On the one hand , local financial resources have positive efTects on local economic growth which decline gradually in the eastem region and increase in central and westem regions. On the other hand , Foreign financial resources have negative efTects on local economic growth which increase substantially in central and eastem regions , and decreases in the westem region. Therefore , China should implement difTerential financial policy , strengthen the reform of interest rate liberation and financial institutions , promote the combination of financial resources allocation and regional industrial policy , and formulate reasonable policy on the transfer of financial resources in order to achieve the coordinated development of financial resource allocation and regional economic growth.
