Rev. 071110 Performance Equations What You Will Learn How to use Performance Equations to perform server-side recordable instance and summary calculations. As we saw in the previous exercise, the calculations available in Data Sets can be very useful. The do however have two major limitations in that they cannot be easily shared and it is not possible to record the results in the archive. Performance Equations solve both these limitations by moving the execution of the calculations to the server. 1.
