深圳特区老年住院病人病种及费用统计分析 李苏建 赖伏虎 罗洁樱 唐朝霞 深圳市宝安区人民医院信息科 518101 【摘要】　目的　了解1999－2003年我院老年住院病人的病种结构和住院费用变化趋势。方法　从我院1999－2003年77524例住院病人的电脑数据中筛选老年住院病人（年龄大于60岁）10104例，用SPSS 11.0进行统计分析。结果　老年住院病人逐年增多，前5位疾病系统顺位为：循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、肿瘤、损伤和中毒。人均住院费用呈逐年上升趋势，老年患者住院费用增长明显高于一般患者。结论　老年人口的增加，老年疾病的防治工作越来越重要；老年人医疗费用的支出成为老年人主要的经济负担，建立适合老年人群的医疗保险制度才是对老年人的最好保障。 【关键詞】老年 住院病人　病种　费用 中图分类号：R195.4 文献标识号：A Disease and expenditure statistical analysis for Agedness in-patients in ShenZhen Special Economic Zone Li Sujian, Lai Fuhu, Luo Jieying, Tang Zhaoxia .Information Department of Bao’An people hospital, ShenZhen. 518101 【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this paper is to reveal the variation tendency of changing structure of diseases and expenditure of hospitalization for the agedness in-patients in our hospital from 1999 to 2003. Methods: screen 10104 computer data of agedness in-patients (Age over 60) from 77524 cases in our hospital 1999-2003, carrying on statistical analysis the outcomes by using SPSS 11.0.Results: It indicates that the agedness in-patients increase annually. The top 5 disease systems arrange the location: Circulatory system, Respiratory system, Digestive system, Tumor, Injury and poisoning. Expenses per capita show a tendency to rise year by year. Particularly, the expenses of agedness patient increase obviously higher than general patient in hospital.
