中国卫生标准管理CHSM 06 41 经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜病变初步诊断的临床价值 刘秀梅 【摘要】目的 探讨经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变初步诊断中的临床价值 ；方法 回顾性分析我院自 2013 年 1 月～ 2014 年 1 月期间收治的子宫 出血患者 150 例，经阴道超声检查并行诊断性刮宫，对比经阴道超声检查的敏感性 ；结果 150 例患者的阴道超声诊断结果同组织病理学 的诊断结果对照方面，阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的敏感性为 96.2％，子宫内膜增殖症的敏感性是 60.9％，粘膜下子宫肌瘤的敏感性是 85.7％，子宫内膜癌的敏感性是 54.5％ ；结论 经阴道超声检查有着无创简便以及准确率高等优点，是子宫内膜病变初步诊断筛查有效方法， 在临床上有着极其重要的应用价值。 【关键词】超声检查 ；病理学检查；子宫内膜病变；诊断；敏感性 【中图分类号】R445.1 【文献标识码】 B 【文章编号】 1674-9316（2015）06-0041-01 doi ：10.3969/j.issn.1674-9316.2015.06.034 Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions Preliminary LIU Xiumei Qinggang County in Heilongjiang province peoples Hospital of Heilongjiang，Qinggang 151600，China 【Abstract】 Objective To study the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions in the preliminary clinical value.
