Under the action of inner force，push power，tensile force and pressure force，to build linkage mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprises has become diversified urgent needs． This paper analyzes the reason of collab- orating between school and enterprises，and then constructs the process model which includes four stages? unloading phase，run phase，acceptance phase and new demands． The article puts forward seven transferring conditions from heter － organization to self － organization． At last，better advices are given? accelerating the establishment of school and enter- prises informatization systems? setting up the third party platform and enterprises service system? building mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprises
