Methods 60 patients with epidural anesthesia in patients with lower extremity surgery were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride, 15ml; the other group received 0.596% ropivacaine mesylate 15ml. Record vital signs during anesthesia and comparison of two groups of sensory anesthesia, motor block onset and maintenance time, and preoperative and postoperative hepatic and renal function. Results: Two patients with epidural anesthesia sensory block onset time, sensory block duration, motor block onset time, motor block to maintain the time, with no significant difference. Two groups of patients with the respective preoperative and postoperative changes in liver and kidney function was no significant difference. Methods Sixty patients under epidural anesthesia in the operation of lower limb, were randomly assigned to two groups, one group received 15ml of 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride, the other group received 15ml of 0.596% ropivacaine mesylate. During the anesthesia, basic life monitor was recorded. The onset and duration of sensory and motor block were compared between two groups, also the function of liver and kidney were done before operation and after operation. Results There were no significant differences found in the onset, duration of sensory and motor block between two gourps.
