Methods in January 2005 ~ March 2007 submission of clinical specimens isolated from 112 Acinetobacter, two-fold agar dilution method using 20 kinds of antimicrobial drugs, minimum inhibitory concentration. The results of clinical isolates of Acinetobacter comes mainly from sputum samples (78.6%). Drug susceptibility results showed that Acinetobacter to imipenem and meropenem resistance rates were 0.9% and 1.8%, to cefoperazone / sulbactam resistance rates of 37.2%, the rate of other antimicrobial agents were greater than 60%, multi-drug resistance rate was 76.8% (86/112). But for polymyxin B and were sensitive to minocycline. Conclusions Acinetobacter respiratory tract infection is caused by the hospital, one of the important pathogens, antimicrobial drug resistance to existing grave.
