This is a retrospective study in October 2001 ~ July 2006 during the period from the First Affiliated Dermatologists in patients with a total of 22 cases of DD. Notified by telephone follow-up of patients to the clinic to meet and complete a questionnaire, including demographic, clinical and pathological data. Results 22 patients there were 10 females, 12 males and male-female ratio is roughly equal. The average age of onset of 16 years. Among them, 15 patients had family history. The main symptom is itching. Multi-site and flexor side of the seborrhea visible oily skin keratosis papules, and acral involvement in all cases, 36.36% patients with oral lesions. The most common site followed by the face, ears and the ear and neck. Limitations acantholytic dyskeratosis and the resulting round body and grain are the most common histopathological changes. Conclusion Darier disease is a rare autosomal dominant skin disease. Seborrhea often see the location and flexor side of the skin greasy papules and plaques.
