In recent years many scholars advocate surgical treatment of acetabular fractures need to restore anatomical structure as soon as possible, early exercise, reducing the morbidity . I since January 2002 ~ February 2008 30 patients were treated with different types of acetabular fractures, are using open reduction and internal fixation, and achieved significant results, are as follows. Clinical data 1 General Information The group of 30 patients, 22 males and 8 females; aged 21 to 58 years, average 36.8 years old. The causes of injury: 22 cases of road traffic injuries, falls injury in 4 cases, 4 cases of other injuries. Associated injury : 18 cases of pelvic fractures, spinal fractures in 2 cases, 6 cases of limb fractures, rib fractures in 2 cases, 2 cases of visceral injury, sciatic nerve injury in 2 .6 cases of traumatic shock in varying degrees.
