Methods: The KB method for routine drug susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa test, 34 strains selected multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and used PCR amplification to detect the -lactamase gene: TEM, SHV, PER, VEB. Results: 34 strains of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa 12 commonly used antibiotics was 20.5% ~ 100%, PCR detection of TEM was 44.1%, SHV was 11.8%, VEB was 5.9%, PER 0%. Conclusions: The hospital carried multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa -lactamase TEM gene in the main. Methods: Antimicrobial susceptibility was evaluated by disk diffusion test (KB method). The lactamase genes : TEM, SHV, VEB, PER carried on multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by polymerase chain reaction method (PCR). Results: The resistant rates of 34 strains multidrug Pseudomonas aeruginosa to 12 kinds of antimicrobials were from 20.5% to 100%. The positive rate of lactamase genes TEM, SHV, VEB, PER expression was 44.1% (15/34), 11.8% (4 / 34), 5.9% (2 / 34), and 0%. Conclusion: TEM type lactamase was the main type of Pseudomonas aeruginosa gene in our hospital.
