Methods: 60 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. Yin-deficiency model group and normal group and I distilled water, low, middle and high doses of the four Health and decoction for the treatment group, ShengmaiYin as a positive control drug, to observe the general living conditions of the mice and tested their freedom of activity and serum MDA. Results: The four Health and Tang Yin-deficiency mouse model can significantly improve the dry mouth, irritability, and increased body temperature (P amp;lt;0.05), to improve the freedom of mobility in mice (P amp;lt;0.05), lower serum MDA (P amp;quot;0.05); but ShengmaiYin comparison, no statistically significant difference (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Conclusion: The high and middle dose four Health and soup has a good yin heat, Shengjinzhike role and can enhance the body’s mobility and anti-oxidative injury.
