Methods 156 cases of fractures were enrolled and divided into fixed-osseous pin poking control group (78 cases and the Y-plate fixation group (78 cases observed, the treatment of patients with high rates of both groups, complication rate and hospital stay were analyzed. Results of treatment observation group was significantly higher than that of the fine control group, shorter hospital stay than the control group, the complication rate is also lower than the control group, by comparison, P all lt;0.05, significant difference. Conclusion Gengu used in the treatment of fractures of Y-plate fixation methods , benefits and more safe, worthy of further clinical study. Methods 156 cases with calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 78 cases in each; Y-shaped plate internal fixation was applied in observation group while fixation by prying with osseous pin in control group; the excellence rate, the occurrence of complications and the hospitalization length of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. Results The excellence rate of observation group was much higher than that of control group , its hospitalization length and occurrence of complications were shorter and lower than those of control group (P lt;0.05), the difference was of significance. Conclusions Y-shaped plate internal fixation is better and safer in treating calcaneal fracture and is worthy of further clinical application.
