Methods: The random sample of acute respiratory infections in children with 584 cases of intravenous antibiotics for acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis, pneumonia in children with the use of penicillins, cephalosporins, macrolide antibiotics were analyzed. Results: Acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis, antibiotics, use of single-use oriented, pneumonia with antibiotics in conjunction with the main group; with the lesion depth, the condition worsened gradually decreased the proportion of antibiotics alone, while the level of the more a high proportion of antibiotic use increased; in the joint use of antibiotics, with the sicker, the joint types of antibiotics are also escalating. Conclusion: The hospital outpatient antibiotic use in children is being rationalized and standardized.
