METHODS: Immunohistochemistry SP method in 78 cases of lymph node metastasis by HE staining of breast cancer without lymph node 1 269 to epithelial cytokeratin (CK 19) expression and cancer organizations C erbB 2, nm23 gene expression test results: CK 19-positive lymph nodes was 4.25%, pathological positive rate 28.2%, C erbB 2-positive rate was 43.6%, nm23-positive rate was 80.8%, CK 19-positive group C erbB 2 was significantly higher than CK 19-negative group (P lt;0.05). CK 19-positive rate of nm23-positive group was significantly lower than cK 19 negative group (P lt;0.05) . CK 19-positive rate in patients with menstrual status, pathological type, clinical stage, hormone receptor status has nothing to do (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: CK 19 expression in breast cancer with axillary lymph node cancer C erbB 2 gene expression was positively correlated with cancer Organization of nm23 expression was negatively correlated with patient menopausal status, clinical stage, histological type, hormone receptor status has nothing to do.
