[Methods] tube biopsy of bone tumors for preoperative biopsy, were retrospectively analyzed 171 cases of bone tumors in patients with biopsy results. [Results] 171 cases, 155 cases of biopsy-positive, biopsy positive rate of 90.64%, surgical treatment was generally diagnosed 122 cases of pathological specimens, biopsy accurately diagnosed 98 cases, the accuracy was 80.33%, 5 cases of misdiagnosis. The total number of 110 cases of malignant tumor cases, needle biopsy sensitivity of 95.41%, specificity 100%. [Conclusion] The needle biopsy of bone tumors diagnosed before surgery have greater value, the perpetrators of the level of awareness of bone tumors, the operation of the level of detail on the biopsy-positive rate, accuracy rate and the incidence of complications have a major impact.
