METHODS: According to our hospital from July 2008 to 9 months of 1160 outpatients with children prescription drug withdrawal, drug withdrawal reasons for statistical analysis. Results: 1 in 160 patients with drug withdrawal, drug withdrawal for parents request 394 cases, accounting for 33.97% of total drug withdrawal; requirements for adverse drug reactions drug withdrawal for 203 cases, accounting for 17.50%; requirements for hospital treatment for drug withdrawal 160 cases, accounting for 13.79%; due to changes in treatment for drug withdrawal requirements of 123 cases, accounting for 10.60%; by a doctor prescribed the wrong medication for drug withdrawal requirements of 115 cases, accounting for 9.91%; for home with drugs and drug withdrawal requirements for 85 cases, accounting for 7.33%; for poor compliance and the requirements of drug withdrawal in 35 cases, accounting for 3.02%, due to other causes drug withdrawal in 45 cases, accounting for 3.88%. Conclusion: the development and implementation of drug withdrawal intervention, coordination of patient mechanism with the hospital system to improve physician-patient relationship, attention to the need for printing paper prescriptions, and strive to improve the quality of medical services.
