[Keywords:] hyphema dissection; viscoelastic agent; postoperative treatment New Technique for Clearance of Hyphma after Ocular Contusion Abstract: Objective To explore the new technique on clearance of serious hyphma after ocular contusion.Methods 36 eyes of 36 cases with serious hyphma after ocular contusion were treated with viscoelastics and self  made syringe needle, which were inefficacy cases treated by drugs.Results 36 eyes of hyphema were all removed safely and quickly.No accidental injure and the reaction after operaction was very slight.Conclusion This technique is simple, safe, efficient and has few complication.
