Methods After locally giving adrenaline, observe mesentery arterial diameter, blood velocity and density of capillary with microscope television videotaping system. Results Danshen injection could improve microcirculation disturbance on the aspects of the diameter, the velociity of rat mesenteric arteriole and the density of rat mesenteric capillary.
