[Methods] the establishment of semi-ligation rat model of obstructive nephropathy urinary tract were observed therapeutic administration of Danshen injection on the urinary tract obstructive nephropathy in rat renal tissue TGF  β 1 expression (RT  PCR method), serum creatinine (alkaline of picric acid method), blood urea nitrogen (urea enzyme) and kidney histological grounds (conventional He dyed) effects. [Results] 1, rat urinary obstruction 3d, model control group, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were elevated, including blood urea nitrogen increased significantly, there are significant differences, but the serum creatinine increase was not obvious; Danshen treatment group was similar.
