Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method detected 5639 cases of maternal hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis C antibody (anti- -HCV), HIV 1 / 2 antibody (anti-HIV1 / 2), with syphilis serology (TRUST) detection of syphilis antibodies. Results 5639 cases of pregnant women, HBsAg positive patients, 270 patients (4.7%), hepatitis C antibody positive patients, 5 cases (0.08%), HIV antibodies 1 / 2 positive patients were screened in 3 cases (0.05%), the Qingdao Municipal Centers for Disease Control laboratory confirmed HIV positive patients have 3 cases for confirmation of syphilis antibodies (TRUST) positive 3 cases (0.05%). Conclusions of prenatal maternal serum markers, to early detection of positive patients, prevention and control of vertical transmission, to avoid infection and other professional health workers, is of great significance.
