Methods intravenous injection of doxorubicin used to establish experimental kidney disease model was winter mulberry capsule on weight, blood biochemical indexes and renal pathological changes. Results of winter mulberry capsule significantly increased the rats with body weight, significantly lower coefficient of adriamycin nephropathy; significantly increased in rats with adriamycin serum total protein, albumin, lower serum total cholesterol and blood urea nitrogen values; significantly reduced in rats with Adriamycin pathological changes. Conclusions of winter mulberry capsule on nephropathy has obvious protective effect. Method To establish nephritic model by injecting doxorubicin in caudal vein. Then the effect of Dongsang capsule on weight and blood indexes were observed. Results The weight of rats which were administered by Dongsang capsule was increased and kidney coefficient was decreased significantly. Total protein and ALB were increased. Total cholesterol and BUN were decreased. Dongsang capsule can abate the pathological changes of renal tissue of the model. Conclusion Dongsang capsule can protect the renal tissue of nephritic model cause by doxorubicin.
