Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of hospital six years, 10 cases of early postoperative inflammatory ileus cases were retrospectively analyzed to understand the clinical features and treatment. Results: 10 cases occurred within 10 days after the operation, after conservative treatment were cured, with an average healing time was 14 d.
