Methods: 24 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, HIBD group, HIBD rehabilitation intervention group. HIBD group and HIBD rehabilitation intervention group was established by HIBD by Rice model, HIBD model rehabilitation intervention group began a period of 72 h after 30 d of early rehabilitation training. through the Morris water maze test in rats learning and memory ability observed changes in brain weight, HE staining neurons in hippocampus and cerebral cortex lesions. Results: (1) HIBD rats learning and memory retention were lower than HIBD rehabilitation intervention group and normal control group, HIBD rehabilitation intervention group test scores with the normal control group compared with no significant difference. (2) HIBD group and HIBD rehabilitation modeling side of the brain weight in the intervention group were lower than the control group [(0.638 ± 0.019) g], HIBD rehabilitation intervention group modeling side of the brain weight [(0.428 ± 0.085) g], higher than HIBD group [(0.348 ± 0.043) g]. 3 rats unmodeled side of the brain weight was no significant difference. (3) HIBD rehabilitation intervention group and HIBD cerebral cortex and hippocampus of rats survived neurons less than the normal control group. but HIBD compared, HIBD rehabilitation intervention group increased the number of surviving neurons. Conclusion: Early rehabilitation training on perinatal brain HIBD recovery of cognitive function in a certain role, can promote brain after injury cell survival, prompting the brain injury and repair.
