 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Elastic compression bandage method in lower extremity superficial venous thrombolytic treatment of deep venous thrombosis Application [Abstract] Objective To study the elastic compression bandage method of superficial veins in the lower extremities deep venous thrombosis (DVT) thrombolytic therapy applications. Methods Retrospective analysis of the past five years, our hospital treated 70 cases of DVT in patients with thrombolytic therapy method, all patients are requested to apply elastic bandage method of superficial vein of oppression, from the superficial limb veins for urokinase, and use the knee elastic compression bandage. Regular monitoring of routine blood test, thrombin time, partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen, when complications or symptomatic treatment withdrawal. Results of clinical symptoms disappeared in 65 cases, accounting for 92.85%, bleeding complications during thrombolytic therapy of 4 patients without pulmonary embolism occurred. No deterioration and death. Conclusions of elastic compression bandage method of superficial venous thrombolysis in line with local vascular anatomy and physiology of the actual situation in the rate of bleeding is small and easy to implement, good effect, it is worth in clinical widely used. Methods The reviewing was analyzed the 70 patients who accepts DVT for medical treatment has thrombolysis in the past 5 years of our academy, all patients applied elastic bandages to superficial vein’s method.
