Methods Rats were swimming training determination of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and very low density lipoprotein levels and analyzed. The results of treatment group, administration of the training group and a quiet group, exercise training group total cholesterol and triglyceride levels dropped significantly; and a quiet group, exercise training group and training group administration of high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly increased ; with the quiet group, administration group, administration training group low-density lipoprotein, very low density lipoprotein levels decreased significantly. Conclusion puerarin can exercise trained rats total cholesterol and triglyceride levels decreased significantly, high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly increased, low-density lipoprotein and very low density lipoprotein levels decreased significantly.
