Immunohistochemical SP method detected in normal endometrium , endometrial hyperplasia, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma and CyclinE PTEN expression. Results and CyclinE PTEN protein in endometrial atypical hyperplasia group, positive expression rate was 50.00%, 60.00 %, in endometrial adenocarcinoma were positive expression group was 45.45% and 65.50%. both groups were lower than in the positive expression of PTEN in normal endometrium and endometrial hyperplasia group (P lt;0.01, while the positive expression of CyclinE were higher than in normal endometrium and endometrial hyperplasia group (P lt;0.01.PTEN and CyclinE protein expression in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma group, the expression was negatively correlated (r =- 0.61, P lt;0.05, r =- 0.49, P lt;0.01. carcinoma in the absence of PTEN expression and histological grade, myometrial invasion, or associated with metastasis and clinical stage (P lt;0.01 or P lt;0.05.
