Immunohistochemical SP method detected 90 cases of breast cancer, 10 cases of breast cancer tissues and 15 cases of benign breast lesions and bFGF protein ERK. Results ERK1 / 2 and bFGF protein expression in invasive breast cancer group were 81.1% and 62.2%, and the adjacent tissues and benign breast lesions, the difference significant (P lt;0.05). ERK protein expression and clinical stage of breast cancer, axillary lymph node positive than those without metastasis, the statistical difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). bFGF, ERK protein expression and breast cancer tumor size, histological type state, histological grade (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion ERK protein were upregulated in breast cancer, and with the pathological stage, suggesting it may be breast cancer, plays an important role in the development, ERK may be a target in the treatment of breast cancer genes, ERK and bFGF protein may play in the evolution of breast cancer synergy.
