To explore the gene in fetal hematopoietic role in the process, collecting 9-36 weeks a total of 29 cases of inevitable abortion fetuses were extracted from the liver, spleen, kidney, heart, lung, thymus, brain, bone marrow and muscle and other 9 kinds of organs organizations, RNA, whichever is gestational age 255 weeks (25 weeks than 5 days, the same below) of all fetal tissues of the RNA for Northern blot detection, understanding human ERMAP gene in fetal tissues of the expression profile, while using fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) were observed at different gestational age of the gene expression levels of fetal tissues was studied.
