Methods of Europe and Asia using a variety of separation of ethanol extract of Inula n-butanol part of separation and purification, according to its physical and chemical constants and spectral data for determination of structural identification. The results from Europe and Asia Inula isolated eight compounds were identified as rutin (Ⅰ ), berberine (Ⅱ ), marigold glucoside (Ⅲ ), iso-quercitrin (Ⅳ ), quercitrin (Ⅵ ), chlorogenic acid (Ⅷ ), quercetin (Ⅶ ) and kaempferol (Ⅷ ). Conclusion Compounds (Ⅰ ), (Ⅱ ), (Ⅴ ) for the first time from Europe and Asia Inula plants to be. The structures of these isolates were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical property and spectral analysis.ResultsEight compounds were purified and their structures were identified, they were identified as rutin (Ⅰ ), berberine (Ⅱ ), patulitrin (Ⅲ ), isoquercitrin (Ⅳ ), quercitrin ( Ⅴ ), chlorogenic acid (Ⅵ ), quercetin (Ⅶ ) and kaempferol (Ⅷ ). Conclusion Compounds (Ⅰ ), (Ⅱ ), (Ⅴ ) were obtained from this plant for the first time.
