Methods used 12 miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups (n = 6). Experimental group: to live outside the pericardium, superior vena cava and inferior vena cava of the resistance belt to establish cardiopulmonary bypass; control group: within pericardium than in the superior vena cava and inferior vena cava occlusion with the establishment of cardiopulmonary bypass. Results There was the time required to establish CPB There were significant differences (P lt;0.05), experiment group used a short time; the two groups no significant difference between the success rate. Conclusion Bama miniature pigs improved method of cardiopulmonary bypass time required to create a shorter, is a more efficient and secure method. RESULTS To use this improve method to establish standards CPB reduced operative time (P lt;0.05). CONCLUSION The method that superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava were circumferentially mobilized and encircled with ties outside the pericardium reduced the time for CPB establishment.
