[Method] 2003 to 2008, 13 cases undergoing hip revision surgery in the extended trochanteric osteotomy for patients with large were followed up, 13 hips, with an average follow-up 32.3 months. refurbishment of the reasons for the patients, preoperative and postoperative Harris scores, length of the osteotomy, osteotomy healing time for analysis.
