Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, modeling 20 d. The normal control group, fed, fed every other day spleen group, non-feeding at feeding senna decoction, model free drinking water, 20% honey, oil fed every other day, after the start modeling 16 to 20 per at 20 o’clock next day the rats were placed in 8 artificial climate chamber, after modeling, the use of FQ-PCR were determined by gastric AQP3, AQP4 gene expression. Results rats occurred during the hot and humid modeling characteristic permits the performance of the model group AQP3, AQP4 expression level higher than the control, spleen group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion imposed on the rats, the external factors, modeling the wet method can be duplicated damp syndromes characteristics, AQP3 abnormal expression may be one of the pathogenesis of damp. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomized into 3 groups and observed for 20 days. Group A (normal group, NG) was fed with routine method. Group B (Pi deficiency syndrome group, PDS) was fed alternatively with routine method and aqua of cassia angustifolia Vahl. Group C (DHS) was fed with fat, honey liquid and treated with damp-heat environment. The expression of AQP 3, 4 gene in the 3 groups were determined by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR).
