Filamentous fungus Trichoderma reesei the production of recombinant proteins in molecular biology research

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 18 Filamentous fungus Trichoderma reesei the production of recombinant proteins in molecular biology research Keywords:: Trichoderma reesei; genetic transformation; gene mapping replacement integration; recombinant protein Abstract Trichoderma reesei is a ubiquitous in nature and have important economic significance of a filamentous fungi, as industrial production strains produce a variety of hydrolytic enzymes has been a long history. This paper reports the means of genetic engineering using genetic transformation of Trichoderma reesei to construct a new recombinant strain traits to over-production of homologous and heterologous protein substances in molecular biology research. Including the use of the strong CBHI gene promoter in the over-expression in Trichoderma reesei Trichoderma reesei endoglucanase, calf rennet protease, human antibody fragment, Trichoderma harzianum chitinase, Hormoconis glucose starch with enzymes source and heterologous proteins and the use of the expression of glucose on the strong promoter of genetic engineering for the production of cellulose enzymes. Keywords Trichoderma reesei; genetic transformation; gene mapping replacement integration; recombinant protein 1 Introduction Over the years, produced by filamentous fungi and their enzymes have been widely used in food and food processing industry. In industry because of its enormous potential applications for large-scale fermentation, downstream processing engineering and the development of genetically modified strains, the results of further help to filamentous fungi used in today’s industrial production. In most cases, naturally occurring strains produced low levels of protein we need, as well as can not be commercially exploited. Therefore, in order to get the required target protein is required for genetic transformation of spontaneous strain. With molecular genetic techniques and the development of fungal gene transfer system, using genetic enginee
