Focus on students in school nursing caring philosophy of the development and training, foster care and humane awareness of human qualities, to train high-quality care and social development needs of talent, is the development direction of modern nursing education. This paper analyzes nursing in pediatric nursing care according to the importance of teaching and education in pediatric nursing care in the face of teaching , discusses the concept of pediatric nursing updates caring teachers and teaching theory and practice of pediatric nursing, the integration of nursing care according to the measures to improve the quality of training nursing students in the humanities. [Keywords:] Pediatric Nursing; teaching; caring [Abstract] The quality of nursing students put forward higher requirements under the development of society, the transformation of medical pattern and the update of health concept.The direction of development of modern nursing education today, is that focusing on caring concept of development and training , establish a sense of humanized nursing, developing humanities qualities education and training to adapt to social development needs of high-quality nursing professionals for the in-school nursing students.This paper pointed out the importance of pediatric nursing teaching, and the problems of the lack of human qualities, the weak of humanities education and so on, those are facing in the pediatric nursing education currently.And some measures were taken such like strength of character played by teachers, caring through the teaching and creating a cultural exchange environment, so as to integrate into the concept of caring, thereby enhancing the cultural quality of the cultivation of nursing students.
