This study was flurbiprofen ester preemptive analgesia on pain after endoscopic sinus surgery results. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information Choose from October 2006 to April 2008 endoscopic sinus surgery 42 patients, aged 18 to 48 years old, body weight (50 ± 3) kg, ASA Ⅰ or Class Ⅱ . There was no past liver and kidney heart and lung disease, no history of abnormal bleeding and coagulation dysfunction. Preoperative 24h is not used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other narcotic analgesics. Were randomly divided into flurbiprofen ester group (I group) and control group (II group). 1.2 Anesthesia and Analgesia All patients with midazolam 0.04mg/kg, propofol 2mg/kg, fentanyl 0.004mg/kg and atracurium 0.6mg/kg rapid intravenous induction of anesthesia, tracheal intubation, anesthesia maintenance of propofol and isoflurane, atracurium to maintain muscle relaxation. I group induced by slow intravenous injection before the 10min flurbiprofen ester 1.5mg/kg, II group induced by slow intravenous injection before the saline 20ml. 1.3 Observation Project Intraoperative monitoring of Bp, HR, ECG, SPO2, PetCO2, and in 2,4,8,16,24 h visual analog scale (VAS) observed analgesic effects; to BCS (Bruggman comfort scale, BCS) criteria to determine patient satisfaction degree. VAS: 0 is divided into painless, amp;quot;is divided into three good, 3 ~ 4 minutes of basic satisfaction,amp;quot; is divided into five poor to give an additional analgesic drugs, 10 are divided into pain.
