Methods Column: Lichrospher  NH2 (4.6mm * 250mm, 5μ m), C18 guard column; mobile phase: acetonitrile ethanol   0.5mol / L phosphoric acid (80:10:10); detection wavelength 212nm; flow rate of 1.0mL / min; column temperature: room temperature; injection volume 20μ L. The results of matrine and oxymatrine linear range are 1.0-10.0μ g/mL, matrine for the regression equation: C = 1.201 * 10-4A 0.161, r = 0.9992; oxymatrine as: C = 1.366 * 10-4A 0.221, r = 0.9996, average recoveries were 99.9% and 99.4%, RSD were 1.48% and 4.33%. Conclusion The method is simple and quick, accurate and can be used for the preparation of quality control. Methods A Lichrospher  NH2 column (4.6mm * 250mm, 5μ m) was used with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile  ethanol  0.5mol / L phosphoric acid (80:10:10), and in a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detective wavelength was 212nm. Column temperature was room temperature and the injection quantity was 20μ L. Results The samples were well separated. The linear range was the same for the target (1.0-10.0μ g/mL). The linear equations for matrine was C = 1.201 * 10-4A 0.161, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, and for oxymatrine was C = 1.366 * 10-4A 0.221, while the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, respectively.
