The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.245 2 ~ 0.735 6 μg for paeoniflorin (r = 0.999 7) and the average recovery was 98.3%, RSD = 1.52% (n = 5). Conclusion The established quality standard is convenient and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Guishao Zhenxian Tablets more effectively.
